This first class family run business uses old fashioned business practices that really resonate with us—-on time, polite, straight talk about options and costs, happy to answer questions and demonstrate product uses. No loud music, swearing or mess to clean up. These folks bring the window cleaner and the broom to the job site!

We have used them twice now and will continue to do so in the future. They have quickly become our ‘go to’ contractor for household projects.

Supply and Install Fiberglass Windows

We are extremely pleased with the Berdick fiberglass windows supplied by Brako that we chose. They are of very high quality and we were very impressed that we could get any Benjamin Moore color on the outside and a different colour on the inside. Consequently they match our house exterior and interior perfectly and they are of very high quality for this sun baked location.

Brako Building Concepts did a great job on the installation especially given the large size of these windows. We felt that we had an ally looking out for our best interests. Finally, the price was much less than Home Depot for just painted PVC with minimal fixed colour selection …..no comparison in products…..fiberglass vs PVC

Prior to the installation, Anita called us a week before and informed us that Steven and his crew will be measuring the window to be replaced. On the day they came , they went straight to work and made sure that the heat in the house was not wasted by taking out the whole window, scrap the tidbits of wood and glue and install the new window right away. Their efficiency at what they do is impeccable. I though that was the end of it….But Wait!….There’s more!

You know how some contractors after doing their job, they just pick up their tools and go? Steven and his crew were completely the opposite. Knowing that its a brand new window, they took the time to educate us on “not to touch its for the next couple of hours”. They were also very detailed. They cleaned the glass of any smudges or marks and any caulk residue.around the window.

Aside from being professionals, they also had great “positive” attitude. With in the one hour they worked, Steven’s sense of humor (which kept us in stitches) also brightened our day!

Great job guys! highly recommended!

I was VERY pleased with the installation of replacement windows by the Brako crew. The work began on schedule. The crew was effecient, professional and knowledgeable. Work was completed in one day. I was impressed by the care and detail to workmanship as well as their consideration to clean up after completion of work. An excellent job. We are very pleased with the choice of windows and Contractor. I would certainly hire Brako Inc in the future.

Installation of Custom Door

This was our 2nd time hiring Brako and we are once again extremely satisfied. This recent project was very unique as we asked Steven & Anita to install a door where one had never existed. To simply replace replace a door takes someone with experience and knowledge however, it definitely takes someone with a lot of talent and nothing short of expertise to complete what we had envisioned. Anita & Steven were both courteous, professional and timely on responses on getting the project going and during the actual project Steven and his sons were incredible. They are professional, friendly and extremely tidy. You wouldn’t have even known they had done such a big project once they had finished. I will continue to highly recommend Brako without hesitation.

Thanks again to everyone at Brako! You have no idea how happy we are with the new door! It’s like it’s always been there.

Window and Door Installation

Brako building was a great company to work with. They were helpful and got the work done in one day to not disrupt our household further. The quality of work was excellent and when it was all completed and the invoice was presented to us, there were no surprises. I didn’t realize I had to go buy new door locks and key pads but Steven was very helpful as our previous key pads would not fit the new door.. Anita is knowledgeable and explained the process of the window/ door ordering so we were aware of how long it would take to complete. We are very happy with the work done by Brako and would absolutely use them again!!
